Every flight becomes a permanent, centimeter-scale 3D map. Height colored, building by building, tree by tree. The FX-1 surveys as it flies and never forgets where it has been.

Most small aircraft fail the moment a single link fails. The FX-1 is designed with no single point of failure: five independent command paths, two independent navigation systems, and an airframe that keeps flying in the rain.
DRILL 01 · GPS DENIED
It keeps navigating.
Dual V-SLAM holds position and keeps mapping without a single satellite fix. The aircraft knows where it is because it remembers where it has been.
DRILL 02 · LINK JAMMED
Four more paths remain.
LEO and GEO satellite, 5G LTE, and encrypted 400 and 900 MHz telemetry with a dedicated backup receiver. Cutting one link changes nothing. Cutting all five at once is the hard problem, and it belongs to the other side.

Rainproof by airframe design. The mission continues while fair-weather aircraft wait on the ground.

What is V-SLAM navigation?
V-SLAM, or visual simultaneous localization and mapping, is how the FX-1 navigates without GPS. Onboard cameras and computing build and continuously update a map of the environment, letting the aircraft know its position from what it sees rather than from a satellite fix.
Can the FX-1 fly beyond line of sight (BLOS)?
Yes. The FX-1 holds a beyond-line-of-sight command link over LEO and GEO satellite, so it can be operated far past the radio horizon, effectively anywhere on earth, in addition to 5G LTE and encrypted radio at closer range.
Is the FX-1 a Green UAS?
The FX-1 is engineered to Green UAS standards: an American-built airframe with an NDAA Section 848 aligned supply chain and cybersecurity designed in from the start. Falx Systems intends to pursue formal AUVSI Green UAS certification as the program matures, and the same discipline positions the aircraft for the Blue UAS pathway over time. Certification has not yet been granted.
